Green Smoothie Bowls with Mango & Hemp Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 bananas
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 3 handfuls baby kale {or spinach}
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk {or preferred milk}
- 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- collagen, optional
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until totally smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer on the toppings. Here I used sliced mango, a drizzle of honey, hemp seeds and kale sprouts.
