The Pain & Sleep Therapy Center teams in Newark and Bryn Mawr, led by Dr. Ryan Robinson and Dr. Carly M. Jacobs, are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for patients joining our practice. Understanding that many patients seek our assistance while experiencing pain and sleep disturbances, our primary goal is to streamline the onboarding process, eliminating unnecessary steps and focusing on the healing journey.

To enhance the efficiency of your initial visit, we kindly ask you to complete the New Patient Paperwork in advance. Returning the paperwork to our office 24 hours before your appointment allows our clinical team to review your information thoroughly. Additionally, please remember to bring your medical and dental insurance cards with you on the day of your first visit. This collaborative effort ensures that we can provide you with the best care from the moment you walk through our doors.

As not to delay appointments for other scheduled patients, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
